Registration, Payment, and Refund Policy for www.cavijaygaurav.in
At Vijay Gaurav Classes, we aim to provide a seamless experience for all students registering for our courses online. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure a smooth registration, payment, and refund process.
Online Registration and Login
When you register for any course/program on www.cavijaygaurav.in, you will receive a User ID and Password via the email address you provided during registration.
- Use your credentials to log in to the registration and payment portal.
- Once logged in, ensure that you cross-check the course you wish to pay for before proceeding to the payment gateway.
Payment Gateway Process
You can make payments securely using a valid credit/debit card or Net Banking through our payment gateway.
- Important: Do not refresh or press the back button during the transaction.
- If your transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your account, the balance will be refunded automatically within 7 days.
Upon successful payment, you will see a “Payment Successful” confirmation on your screen. If the payment fails due to insufficient funds or incorrect details, you will see a “Transaction Failed” message.
Payment Receipt
Once your payment is successful, you will receive a Payment Receipt at the email address provided during registration. Please keep this receipt for future reference.
Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Student-Initiated Cancellations
- If you cancel your registration within 7 days prior to the course start date, you will receive a refund of 75% of the total fee. The remaining 25% will be retained to cover processing costs and reserving your seat at the center.
- Refund requests must be made in writing or by emailing us at info@cavijaygaurav.com
- Institute-Initiated Cancellations
- If Vijay Gaurav Classes cancels your registration (e.g., due to limited seats), you will receive a 90% refund. The remaining 10% will be retained to cover processing costs and holding space at the center.
Please Note:
- Refunds will not be provided in cash.
- Refunds will be made via an account payee cheque, which must be collected from our center by the student.
