Terms and Conditions for Fees and Conduct at Vijay Gaurav Classes

At Vijay Gaurav Classes, we have established the following terms to ensure a smooth and respectful learning environment. By enrolling in our programs, students agree to abide by these terms.

Fee Policy

• No Refunds or Transfers: Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Payment Deadlines: Failure to pay the required fees by the due date may result in the cancellation of the student’s enrollment.

Classroom Conduct

• Mobile Phones and Cameras: The use of mobile phones and cameras inside the classroom is strictly prohibited.
• Misconduct Policy: The Institute reserves the right to cancel a student’s registration in cases of misconduct or inappropriate behaviour. In such cases, no refund of fees will be provided.
• ID Card Requirement: Students are required to carry and present a valid I-Card to gain entry into the class. Entry without an I-Card is strictly not allowed.

Security and Responsibility

• Vehicle Security: Students are responsible for the security of their own vehicles parked outside the institute. Vijay Gaurav Classes is not liable for any loss or damage.

Final Authority

• Managing Director’s Decision: The decision of the Managing Director shall be final in all matters, including disciplinary actions, payment disputes, and other concerns.

If you select the offline payment option, the fees must be deposited in favor of VG PROFESSIONAL STUDIES (P) LIMITED through one of the following methods:

2. In-Person Payment:
   • You may also choose to pay directly at the reception of our Laxmi Nagar office.
